Have I seen this before on an earlier page? I'm not really shy to get in peoples faces with street work - however - a biker. Not sure I have your balls (metaphorically speaking obviously)! That skeleton hand on the wheel arch is a nice touch. That two hits for you now on the epic 1000 page...

@feek - although I clicked like, I didn't copy and reply because I saw a good collection of re-quotes already posted. A great shot. You caught that sun kissed sea moment perfectly!

@ashtennisguru - Thanks for sharing but had already noted this one. I've visited your Flickr account (y) I remembered some of the images you had up from my last visit to the forums in 2016. You were looking at docklands project at that time.

Thanks for sharing. I think I might try playing around with the inbuilt film simulations a bit more. I've always stuck with Velvia for the lively colour reproduction, then PP's on from that.

Just found one more - Superia. Cannot find old image examples of that type though. Is your LR preset replicating this one do you know?

@ashtennisguru - I didn't know about the @ sign. I just received an email letting me know your reply. That's a pretty cool forum feature! Yes - thank you that answers all the questions. I have been going back and admiring your style and subject interest. Where I am slightly confused -...

I'm liking these Ash. My favourite is the third down of a door, the rain and an umbrella. They all feel tightly cropped though, makes me want to zoom out slightly to understand more about the moment. Was that your intention? Do you mind sharing the camera, lens and PP workflow you used?

Welcome Paul :D I became re-infused with a passion for photography thanks to this friendly and helpful community on TP. I also went down the Fuji path myself (it really kicked off with the x10), and have never looked back. From never having much interest in photography, to picking the XT2 as...

You are joking right? How can anyone get fed up with the wonderful photos you've shared during the experiment!? They are enough to sell anyone the lens (only I won't be following that route - need to become familiar with those lens I already own).

I have the 35mm f1.4. This being said, I haven't put it into good practice, or rather, not enough to put me in a position to argue it's merits from experience. It's worth noting that a photo shared a couple of pages back with a child on the beach inspired me to start using it again. It can, in...

Wow - and it took a third camera to take the image! How many do you own?

Inspires me to get my 35mm back on the camera and get out there. Thanks.

Funny you should say this - I tried the theory in reverse earlier today. I played with ISO manually - set it lower, upped Exposure. View finder looked almost snow storm white. Images still underexposed. Go figure. Something I'm missing with that one.
