Well done to Sigma if they've made a good lens with no focus breathing. It's not an issue that affects me but I can see how it might annoy others. Other stuff... It's like a winters day here. Where did the hot weather go?

I've not had a problem with the 100-400mm on my GX80 or GX9 and certainly no damage to the lens mounts. The only issue I can report is that the zoom function is stiff and I gather this is a common thing. I don't know if they're all stiff but it does seem to be a very common report.

I don't take pictures of birds (I haven't got the kit or the skill) but I do sometimes like to see them and I do like the surrounding information and talk. So, well done Dale for the lovely pictures and the additional info and chat, very enjoyable :D

I don't know what's going on but the lift and lights seem to have been out of order for some time. I'm hoping they're working again soon.

Not that it helps but I wonder if this is something that happened due to an update? We have a Samsung which reguarly gets updates from planet Samsung and I often wonder what is being updated and why. Other than that as Elliott said above, contact the shop.

Yup. I'm very fair skinned and freckled so even spending something like 15 minutes in strong sun can lead to sunburn so I do use a lot of sun block and after sun. My mam had skin cancers removed from her face and both arms so I'm hoping I don't have the same issues. I do still think that youth...
