been looking at people and shops selling lens' on ebay especially telephoto im wondering why brand new ones are so cheap compared to shops that sell them ? is there something up with them for example a canon 75-300 ef lens being 150+pp . also some of them are from the usa at these prices is there anything different about them .

including this one (from uk ) *NEW** CANON EF 75-300 USM Telephoto Lens fits all EOS

Buying from the USA means you could be stung import/customs duty etc which sometimes mean you end up paying more than the UK price.
