For the technically minded it's a Land Rover 110, series 3, 2.5ltr diesel engine. No reg. plate but a guess would be mid 70's.
Well I spotted the Series 3 and approx age from the first pic, but I'm not technical enough to get the rest of it
Shame when they are just left, they go on forever if you keep them on the road - and the engine would be worth a few pennies as well.
Good find.
Btw it's a 109" not 110".
Can tell by lack of wheelarches and grill.

What caught my eye was the firewood going to waste, that lot would keep me warm for nearly a week:D

I think it must be an old Gypsy site. There were several derelict caravans laid about. Slowly but surely it's being reclaimed by nature.

 Wonder if there's still something of value in the tank then
Nice find

Good find.

Can tell by lack of wheelarches and grill.
And by Safari twin skin roof, door glass and fuel filler cap.:coat:
Not too mention split screen and lights.
Note to self....must get out more.!!

were is that i want it :D:D
I think the owner is going to come back for it...it might be full of diesel and they have the key for the padlock on the fuel filler.
Safari roofs always sell well - has it got a Salisbury axle?:D
What a waste of a legendary vehicle!
