I've got posting fever (see Landscapes for my first efforts) but I caught this pretty little birdie during a pub lunch in Langdale...

nice, very shallow depth of field but the most important part the eye is in focus ! :) nicely caught

Very nice capture, wish I could even catch a sight of a Robin, nevermind a photo :)
That's great. It looks like one of this year's young ones. Was it eating crumbs from people's lunches?

Hi Janice - it was certainly loitering with intent although I didn't seeing raiding anyone's table! I'm impressed you can recognise a 'young' robin! Only young robin I'd know is Burt Ward in shorts!

Some nice detail in that shot John, Pity the robin wasnt facing you but hey they are always on the move.

I like the pose - makes a nice change from the usual shots
