Spent the afternoon watching some much fitter people than I finish a ten mile race in Northumberland. Had a really good time. Just a couple of shots from the day.

This seems to be the first thing all runners do when they get over the line. (Would have been a better shot if I had managed not to chop off the left arm!)

Nicely framed. I am covering the Bristol half marathon next Sunday, catching runners is far trickery than it seems. :)
