Portrait thingy

Hi guys, this is of my auntie, basically.. My uncle wants it, and I wondered if you could make it look good? :P

The light's a bit contrasty Dan, but crop it to around 10X8 proportions so your uncle wont have any trouble getting a frame, and to eliminate as much background clutter as you can.

I reduced the background noise and whitened the teeth with selective masks. Again using a selective mask, I applied a gradual softening from the centre outwards to make it a bit less harsh.
