I think thought that may have been lost in translation somewhere though, I doubt anyone who speaks English as a first language and who knows anything about cameras would write that

Errr its an "AF Confirm Bronze Macro Extension Tube for Canon EOS EF Lens" - i.e. an extension tube. Can most of you not read? :p
