there's a hotel on khao san road in bangkok called 'gaylord view' although my pic is a film on i'm afraid.

Mr Ford, There’s an old wives tale over here that suggests women find the doing the washing, ironing, cleaning, shopping and cooking the family meal twice a day.... is actually hard work, ....and in fact, its killing them, especially true before the days of automatic machines etc....So that’s where the phrase comes from.... :thumbs:

I guess in the US it could mean your wife has borrowed too much from a mob of launderers. ;) :D
