I've been sorting through my photos (looking for calendar entries;)) & something gradualy became obvious , I've lived in this area of the country for 20 years and it's only since I started using the Camera that I have :-

Bought walking boots

Been to Snetterton (Bike racing / Car drifting)

Walked round the Old Royal Arsenal in Woolwich

Old Warden Air display

Old warden Bird of Prey Centre

Bedfordshire Steam Fayre

Donnington Renault Day

Santa Pod Drag Racing

Silverstone FIA GT weekend(s)

Explored Thetford forest

Go-Karting

Early morning / Late night Sunrise / Sunset watching

Many lovely Pub lunches

And thats just the stuff I remember

LOL - its exactly the same reasoning that I got into photography, I seriously needed a reason to leave my PC, sad I know

By and large its working, see parts of my area now that after a liftime either didnt realize existed or TBH didnt give a toss about - it has to be said that using the camera seriously opens yours eyes to your environment :bonk:
