Some very good shots, last one looks great with the car and debris nice and clear, and everything else blurred

the last one is last of a sequence just before i decided it was time to run

shame, also that i didnt realise the 30D has a 2 settings for fast shooting, and i had it on the slower setting

thanks for the nice comments, glad you like them

30D, 100-400 L and a lot of dust and gravel in my hair 1 sec later

Great motion and very well composed photos, the last one is top notch, what lens was that shot with, it looks like you were very close to the action, I know from personal experiance how scarey it can be watching an out of control car hurtling towards you.

Running from crashes does get to be a bit of a habit, last time out I placed my camera and 70-200 down, for one the riders to miss it by 3 feet. I pooped myself then!

More of #3 please ;)

Nice shots, the last looks like a hard one, with great detail. I would have had trouble pulling myself away from those lovely girls in pic 3 :naughty:
