This was taken in Romsey, Hampshire UK on the Royal Wedding Day 1981, I was 25 years old..... Charles and Diana travelled to Romsey to stay at Broadlands with Lord and Lady Mountbatten before going on their honeymoon. We waited ages in the heat to see the royal couple...I was all hot and bothered and remember telling my Mum that I didn't want another flipping photo...but I'm glad she persisted cos this is a great memory jerker for me. I didn't realise how lucky I was to live in such a pretty town until that day...
