New tripod

Hi I've tried searching but i couldn't seem to find anything. I'm looking for a tripod for use at car shows and meets. Just wondered which ones people on here are using? I'm not a 100% sure at what sort of thing i should be looking at. hope someone can help :thumbs:

Does it depend on what height you are looking for?, a popular one on here is the Manfrortto 190X PRO B or if you want something more substantial with a bit more height the O55X PRO HB.

Budget? If modest the Redsnapper one is hard to beat & comes in a decent case for carrying around with you - Watch out if you buy with the 'snapper pan head as with that on the legs it doesn't fit in the case apparently ... Paul

It fits but one of the handles pokes out a bit :lol:

Yeah i was looking at the red snappers. Think thats my mind made up. Thanks everyone :thumbs:
