Thinking of buying one because I'm fed up of greasy LCD screen after my nose touching it
Does it really stop your nose from touching the screen? I don't exactly have a long nose. lol
Does it have any effect on the view in the viewfinder?
Has anyone got a picture of it fitted on their 350D please?
Thanks in advance
I find it helps, will post a pic after work, when I get home around 1pm.
I have one fitted to my 30D.
It certainly does help. It doesnt just move your face away from the back of the camera, but it also shrinks the viewfinder a bit.
With the 30D the viewfinder is quite big, so I find I have to move my face about to see all four corners, so to speak. With the eyepiece extender fitted, I dont.

I've tried marcels and absolutely hate it :p
Fair enough it does move your face away from the screen, but it makes the already small viewfinder even smaller :|

I'm with Jonny - hate it. I wasn't happy with the way it shrank the view on the 350d, the 30d or even the 5d. IMHO get the clear stick on lcd screen protectors (few £'s - got mine through the EOS website). Viola - no greasy nose smear and a well protected lcd. stick on peel off without marks too :)
