Strange, but there were no oysters around :)
40% crop, iso 100, f5.6, 1/400, 400mm of 100 -400L

Nice natural capture there.
It's a shame the reflection isnt even better - that would really make the shot imo.
Some really nice colouring there & a very good image - not too keen on the beige border but the image is great :clap: :thumbs:

You did well to get so close. Oystercatcher is a bird I would love to get a decent picture of.
i keep missing pics ! :(

Thanks for that and yes I know what you mean, every time I moved the little b*****s hid behind the rocks. I just had to sit there, have another ciggy and bide my time, worth it though :)
