I think an over the shoulder bag would suit me best, what bags do you guys use?

I've got the Lowepro Fastpack 200 which is good for me...bought a rucksack raincover in case I get caught in a shower which I just keep in the top pocket.
I can carry in mine my 400d, canon70-200, canon50mm, tamron1750, sigma10-20, spare batteries, spare card, lens pen, cleaning clothes also a mobile phone holder and room for my wallet....does the job for me...

Have you considered two bags?

I have 2 Lowepro Altus 160s and basically carry them both if I need everything, but if I only need a bit of gear I only take the 1 bag. I was going to get just 1 big bag but it's a bit OTT if you only want to take a bit of gear with you.

Didnt think about having 2 bags, I like yours and the Lowepro Fastpack 200 for differant reasons.

Ive got this one at the mo http://www.bestcameras.co.uk/shop/acatalog/Samsonite_Samoa_DF50_colt_zoomster_case.html (came with my 400d) but its pretty basic.
