this was taken on our drive back to Knock Airport in Ireland, we stopped to have our delicious sandwiches, made by my Mum, yummy! Laurie was having a ciggy (or 'where's Laurie? Is he blowing off again?' as my Mum kept saying)when he came back to the car and told Barry he might need his camera for this view he'd found, I got nosey and just had to go and see what the shot was all about, here's my version, I know Barry has taken beautiful shots of this too. :love: the colours really were this vibrant :)

yes it is a lensbaby thingy....with three of us taking similar shots I felt it was nice to take something with a different feel to it :)

It has come to my attention that there is a new lensbaby out.....gggrrrrr....I quite fancy getting the whydangle for my baby, the sweet spot is bigger apparently. I think that if you get a really good focal point with the lensbaby then the shot works :)

It wouldn't have been so nice with a straight type lens I don't think....love the focus and simply awesome colours too.

I think you're right. I took a number of 'straight' shots - just not the same impact.... :(
