Hi guys, havnt really atempted much portraiture but having a 50mm f1.8 in the bag I thought I would get on using it. It has been Photoshoped. Mainly B&W conversion and some areas painted in. Let me know your thoughts. Also added the fender logo, think it helps the image a little.

Tech wise it was taken at f2.8 1/25 Spot metering.

I like the composition but its a little dark for me.

I like it as it gives the sort of moody low key feel that I like. Not too sure about the Fender logo though :shrug:

Very moody - I like the lighting and the overall feel of the shot. I find the strap a little off-putting - it's too bright and the logos are upside down (clone them out, perhaps?) And the logo - give it the spaghetti logo that they've gone back to, make it smaller and move top right. I've just tried it in PS and it works quite well...

I love the moody feel of the lighting, but I too, would loose the logo. Otherwise, really nice. Did he like it?:)

He got it framed (A3) and stuck it right in the centre of his room. Which feels good :). Got a few more to go through, have also edited this one a bit more, brought the background out a bit a lost the logo, works quite well too :).
