And using the converter is giving you f.4.;)

I had a peep at the exif here and see you are shooting at ISO 400 obviously due to light conditions but looking through my monitor I am seeing a tremendous ammount of noise on the 1st bird shot..:(

Which TC is it?

my 70-200 f2.8 becomes an f4 280mm with the sigma 1.4x tc.

i agree, more grain that you should be seeing at iso400 on a 350D. what have you done to them post processingwise?

No offence but I thought that lens was meant to be good? They look like they were taken on an A70 or something. Whats gone wrong?

The 1.5 converter is not Sigma! I will have a try in better light without the converter and all were at full aperture.

This was on the edge of the garage roof when we did get some sunshine late this afternon.
