I had to post up this picture that my old man sent me today. He had it emailed to him by one of his friends. (Dont Know who took it originally but i love it). Apparently a Casevac in Afghanistan.

Some pretty neat flying - Sort of picture I would expect to see Arkady behind!;)

Aside from the chopper I think that picture does a lot to show us what the terrain there is like. No wonder it's hard to find/fight taleban types.

I know a chap who is pehaps not the prettiest of them all...
He refers to his face as a "releif map of Afghanistan" :D
Coincidentally, although we all think of Iraq as desert and more desert, the N of the country isn't too dissimilar to this.
