Ulp!!!! Thats interesting to say the least - I think the action detracts from the photography for me - a fascinating set though!
What kind of snake is that? Is that really your pet!!! And does he/she have a name?

thanks darkstar ( i think ) just thought id put something different on,his name is tiny, hes a corn snake and yes hes our family pet we have had from a hatchling about 5 years now believe or not he is very tame and makes a brill pet , thanks for your interest.
Do you just drop a live rat into the pen? I guess you don't have to feed your pet for another few weeks. :D

actually i have to hold it by its tail so it can strike at its head ,if i just put it in his pen he will not have it.Thats how tame he is he likes to be fed by hand.Mind you he has catched my hand on a few occastions.OUCH!

The photos are great but to those of us whose pets eat out of cans its a bit of a startling set - Tiny is a very handsome snake though I must say!

Interesting set there. Nice snake - Amelanistic ?
My daughter has a corn snake too Oakeetee or a Common Corn (we're not sure which). We've had her since she was very small (1.5 years) and you're right about them being really interesting. In spite of you not having to take them for walks, they don't 'fetch', 'sit' or 'beg', but she's so interesting. Feeding time and when she sheds.
Oh, Kamion, you don't feed them 'live' rats or mice. Just take a frozen mouse out of the freezer, defrost and viola.
Anyway, nice set of pics.
eeewwwww but in an odd but fascinating way
