Really like the Otter shot.
The bokeh seems a bit funny on the other 2 shots - what lens you use for these ? The Tiger itself is really nice a sharp though with good colours.

everybody is moaning about me bokeh lately ! ;)

I think its cos the IS may be failing on it, is a 100-400L The lions and tiger are through fencing, so have to be careful with them!

Dont see how the IS can affect the Bokywotsesname. Especially since the images are pin sharp. It's more likely to be some facet of the aperture...

thanks for the comments :)

Im not sure re the IS causing the Bokeh, its never had a complaint against it on shots before, has only been the last couple months people have started saying how bad it is !

Lens is going to Canon Monday so they can tell me whats wrong with it :)

Great shots there!
The lion cubs one looks a bit like a tilt shift shot. The otter and tiger are amazing. I actually think the weather helps, gives the shots a lovely texture! :D

Really nice sharp shots for what looks like crap weather :(

I haven't been out shooting in ages because of the weather, school and stuff..Kind of depressing.

ahh.. so that's the rain drops. I was wondering what the lines in the background were. :D

What's a bokeh?

Not 100% sure myself, but I think it's basically what the out-of-focus area of an image looks like.

Pronounced Bo (as in Peep) Keh (as in in Kevin). The h on the end is a Western addition to aid pronunciation and stop us all saying Bouguet. :D
