Hi all,
i am looking at getting a shoulder bag here is my kit to give you an idea of what i'll need to squeeze in
d300
d200
17-55
10-20
70-200
50mm
sb800
along with all the usual accesories
Suggestions would be appreciated
I have the same kit except I have grips on both my D300 and D200 and fit it in a Crumpler Brians Hot tub backpack.
FWIW I don't think I'd want to carry it all in a shoulder bag all day.

Would agree with Ross, shoulder bag would probably be limited to 1 body and a couple of lenses. I've had great use out of my Lowepro Phototrekker AW, fantastic bag, lots of space, very comfortable and comes with a day sac to put other bits and pieces in. Still got the Crumpler Brians Hot tub backpack, good bag, but prefer trekker, and hasn't got not as much space as trekker, but room for 17 inch laptop in separate pouch, but haven't got around to putting it up for sale yet.

Why a shoulder bag, with that amount of weight IMO you would be better off going for a backpack, lots more comfortable and less of a pain to carry...

Have a look at the Tenba range, Teamwork do them. I have used Tenba bags for over thirty years, good stuff.

the reason for the shoulder bag is that i want some to be able to dip into quickly and swap lenses etc without having to take take it off and on, i have a couple of weddings this year an feel that it will be easy with the should bag apposed the back pack, besides if i am planning on going hiking anywhere i will take the mini trekker instead.
