Here's mine!

Grafitti at the South Bank..

Then it was on to the 2nd hand book stalls under the bridge....

A short walk took us to Trafalgar Square - where the "Frenchman with balls" was hanging out....

(The noise in that one and the next demonstrates one important lesson - if someone else has been handling your camera, always check that the settings are as you left them. ISO3200 in broad daylight has some interesting effects....)

"Generation Gap"

We stopped for a coffee and a natter while the light went, then headed back to the South Bank....

That london eye shot is ace. An saw an old friend do a similar shot a while ago, but it was nowhere near as good as yours

The rest are great too, especially the graffiti with the doors, thats a heck of alot of graffiti! (Can't you tell I have only ever been to London once..lol)

Nice set. Your London eye shot. ...oh yes very nice...is that the one lit on the pavement by the car headlights Robyn, .....the one you thought was ruined when he put his lights on?

I love your graffiti shots too...the black and white/sepia look works the best, strangely, I think.

The capture of the book stall works as well I think...I like the DOF on that one too.

That’s just a wee drop in the ocean mate....I think that skate park is one of the smallest with the least graffiti...it being on the posh South bank and that....the largest I've seen is over in harrow (NW London), about two acres of skate park, with serious graffiti overload and some very large/long walls with wonderful landscape graffiti images on...
Must go and take some panorama type piccies me thinks....

The processed graffiti shot works really well! Love the London eye shot - it just looks like it's going really fast

Yup! I've cropped off the immediate foreground as there was a little too much of it and the light did affect that quite badly, and with that gone I like the result!

I think I've rather found my "thing" with low light shots - definately something I shall be doing more of over the winter! :D Thanks to all for your nice comments!

Another great series from your day - I will have to look out for your next meet.

The Eye is great - nice to see a different shot of it - must be catching up with the tower on tourist photos by now!
