A friend of mine asked me if i could do a photoshoot of her, and i was like why not, so after travelling 2 hours in subway and train, i finally arrived there and we walked around a bit, and every place where i saw an compostition, i told her where to stand or sit and how to look etc, i quite like em...

C&C much appreciated!!

Quite right to be proud - lovely shots and a lovely subject. #1,2,3 and 5 are the best imo and I like the processing on the final image. Where were they taken?

A smile in some of the shots would have made them soo much better I think, that said my favourites were the second and last ones. :)

I like the first one too but, theres something about the background, the bokeh makes me quite dizzy.

I like no4 and in no7 she looks really cute and elfin, I like the way the light falls on her face, makes her skin look like porcelain, very flattering.

I would go as far as to say I actually dont like no5 at all, and I dont think she will, the angle doesnt flatter her face at all!

The last one .... wow!!!!

Love it! love it! love it!

#7 and #9 do it for me - the poses and compositions in the others are fine, but her expression leaves a bit to be desired - she looks almost bored in the others. I can't believe she's that bland in person. The set lines around her mouth make her look slightly nervous (maybe that's just the way she looks all the time, if so, sorry) - a good way to get female models (especially amateurs) to relax thier faces is ask them to blow raspberries - it relaxes the facial muscles and the act in itself is so silly that most girls will laugh a bit which relaxes them further.

Or just get them drunk...

Thats a great tip Rob :) Mind if I add it to my 'bank?' :D

As I said on MSN Eric, you should be very very pleased with these, especially that last one

Some excellent work. The model looks a little ill at ease but it's understandable if she's not used to posing. Excellent use of the surroundings for settings. Fill flash would have killed some of those eye socket shadows, No 5 being the most noticeable, she looks like she's done 3 rounds with Mike Tyson. :D

Some cracking shots there mate.

Like no 7 but it's a pity about the drainpipe in the background. I seem to be drawn to the background too easily.
