View Full Version : Megan lost an eye....
Just decided to take a picture of my doggy.
She's 10 atm, but been blind out of her right eye since birth, but in the last 2 years, constant eye infections, and other problems led to the vet removing the eye last week. Thought that i'd just post a pic of what she looks like with one eye.

She's now fine, she was chasing birds and digging in the park today, so :)
Just thought i'd share.
Oh, and the first time i've taken a pic in time.
ahh, very sad.
I am glad she is feeling better now

She'll be a lot better now. Pleased the surgery went well.
Its amazing how quickly a dog can adapt to having only one eye. We fostered a Cavalier that had been mistreated and needed an eye removed. We dealt with the surgery and post op recovery. He is now very happily settled in a new home.
Good luck to her for the future. :)

MANS BEST FRIEND .... COOL PIC TOO
We fostered a Cavalier that had been mistreated and needed an eye removed.
How on earth could someone mistreat a cavalier, :bat:they're the most pleasant natured dogs on earth.
It's surprising how fast animals adapt, there used to be a 3 legged dog in the park when I lived down south but he could run as fast and still chase a ball
Glad to hear your dog is doing OK :)
