Please let me know what you think of these photos, these were all take using my Nikon Coolpix 5700 without any additional lens/filters. They date from the beginning of April this year, i was a very novice camera user back then but i enjoy photography and am learning more all the time. I love this site for info and friendly people.

I would particularly like your thoughts on the 2 seascapes, as they are a very similar image but one is without the road barrier and from a slightly different perspective.

Just click the thumbnails to open a new window with larger image.

If you are interested in looking there are a few more images in my member gallery from Cyprus.

Thanks for looking.

Hi Jimmy's friend and welcome to the forum

#1 is spoiled by the barrier which you have sorted in #2 which is my favourite of the set. #3 features nice clouds but has no foreground interest so is weaker because of this.

Looks like a nice place to be. We have several roads washed away or closed with the rain and floods up here :(

Looking good Reg :)

I see what you were trying to do with the crash barrier on the first one, the mix of ugly and pretty, but I do prefer number 2. I do really like number 3. As himupnorth says it does lack some foreground, but its still a spectacular view :)
