Good evening chaps. Purchased this puuppy a few weeks ago. Needed a high quality lens for my aviation photography/sports photography. Did look at the Nikon 300mm f4 prime but decided the zoom of the Sigma would come in handy. Anyway, below you will find some sample images, be warned they have been saved at 72dpi 600x400 ~. Enjoy.

Overall I think the quality is superb, very sharp, great contrast. I do however wish it had OS, but my new Manfrotto 685B Monopod more than supplements for this.

I always think it takes time to learn to ge the best out of a lens (not that I believe I do). That said good shots for the "first" attempt. Shows that the lens and you have promise.

Who is the turkey in the 1st shot?

Sharp and true. Have you been a tweaking the saturation or are the guys in read really radioactive?
