Fantastic shot - love it. I depends so much on symmetry though Trebs, and being slightly on the slant is a bit disquieting?

A 1 degree rotate left will enhance the symmetry of the shot and look even better.

The shot is pretty much as shot. I would have been easy just to mirror her but I liked the slight irregular "real" feel to it.
Oh, and her eyes are real, just a bit of contrast there to bring them out a bit.

Very good use of high-key lighting there and some very good make-up as well.
