case for Canon 450D with grip?

Just looking for some thoughts, please.
Currently have a 450D with Tamron 17-50 attached and it just fits inside my Lowepro camera case on its side.
Am looking to buy a battery grip and although I have looked through various web sites at internal dimensions for camera cases, etc, I was just wondering if anyone has a similar set up to the one I am planning and if so, what camera case do they use for a gripped 450 with Tamron lens (and the battery grip) both in place, attached to the camera body?
I am not worried about there being extra room for a second lens or other accessories. I am more interested in there being plenty of padding inside the case to include protection for the LCD.
A "holster type" case might be of interest.

I've got the Canon 400D which normally lives with the battery grip permanantly attached and either my 17-55mm or 50mm.

This fits inside my Lowepro 200AW bag which swivels around the body to allow you to open it at your side without taking it off.

It's a little tight but not a problem - I could probably keep a larger lens on the camera if I moved some of the internal dividers around but this setup allows me to have slots for a couple of spare lenses and a flash along with the camera.

I've just bought a grip for my 450d, and it fits inside my crumpler pretty boy xxxl (the biggest one) with room for my speedlight, and 2 small 50mm sized lenses stacked on top of each other (or 1 medium sized zoom). There's a bit of room on top as well, but not much. I only really went for a shoulder bag for the ease of getting the camera in and out, it's not very practical when it comes to day trips as there's no room for anything else!
