What triggers are available for studio lighting (and portable off camera flash units)?

Looked on eBay, but so many to choose from... Whats the deal?

Did think of that, but was not sure, as it was not technically lighting.

Might get more responses there, so could a mod please move this?

You could easily just repost it yourself on the other forum. Or just get one of these for £50.
