Hoverfly, caught mid-hover

Caught this cheeky wee devil in my mums back garden, on my (now with younger brother) Tamron 70-300mm Tele-Macro.

However ... although it is very sharp in the right places ... it does look rather odd with the one wing captured so well ... and there is another one down on the flower ... bit distracting that ...imo ...:thinking:

Thanks - I suppose it's one of those "lucky" shots, just caught at the right time....the lens wasn't the fastest focusing lens on the planet, but it came out OK....
