Hi,

I'm currently after a tripod, looking to spend up to £150 ideally maybe a smidge more but basically it's needed for use in studio and on location. Primarily it's being purchased for product photography and needs to be able to smoothly rise and lower the camera for photographing canvases for an artist, the idea being to take around 3-4 shots and stitch them together to get a maximum quality image. I would also be using the tripod for weddings and so if it was fairly compact that would help too.

Any suggestions please :)?

thanks

The Main response to this will be buy a redsnapper tripod! The link to the website is on the front page of the forum! They are really cheap for what they are, they build quality is amazing! I have got one, they are £50 new! Also i believe 10% discount for forum members!

Do a quick search for redsnapper in the forum seach option and there will be loads of threads come up!!

Matt
