This ebay listing is for an old manual Minolta SLR, but includes a "Tamron Auto teleconverter" and "Kenko auto extension tubes". Dumb question but does the "auto" mean they'd both work in autofocus with a Sony Alpha A200?? If so then they are a bargain at this price, no?

Thanks for any advice.

I think you'll find that in this case it refers to the fact that the lens aperture is automatically controlled when the camera shutter is fired (to permit the subject to be viewed with the lens at maximum aperture) as opposed to having to be manually set prior to pressing the shutter release.
It was a bit crude and if you could get a look at the t/c and ext. tubes you would see a spring loaded pin running through them that provided a mechanical connection between the camera and lens.

Ahhh, ok. Thanks for the information - much appreciated! Glad I didn't jump in then.

Reall should stop cruising eBay in the hopes of finding to good to be true deals. :)
