Sigma 10-20mm??

I know there's tons of threads but basically my question is, is this suitable for use for weddings? i know its only f4 but i have a Sigma 17-70 and feel getting anything between this range would be pointless whereas the 10-20 may give me an edge in a small space or doing house photography (a potential job for estate agents). Opinions please?

I THINK sigma have just brought out a new veriosn of the 10-20mm and its f3.5 at 10mm.

although I'm not 100% sure maybe somebody else will tell us

hmmmm i sense a big price though? i have ideally a maximum of £350 to spend so not sure that would be in reach :(
