Bugger! I wondered where they'd got to.
Nice shots Mark.
They're phenomenal shots for a 200mm focal length! Or are they heavily cropped?
Simply stunning shots.
I'd hazzard a guess that they are a little cropped.

Well captured! For a brief moment I thought the one in the first shot was holding a paintbrush  :cuckoo:
Very slightly cropped nothing, too harsh. If you are slow enough and downwind from them they can be approched quite well.
200mm was the longest lens I had with me, alas my 600 was back in the house, didnt fancy carrying that around the park.

LOL at that! I can see what you mean :D
nice shots Mark :) 2nd one looks like my favourite red squirrel shot ! :)
Mines at 330mm though (http://www.cookster.co.uk/gallery/albums/userpics/10002/0520-145231-01.jpg) ! :)

Very similar :suspect:
Lovely & crisp, prefer the 2nd shot for the colours of his fur ... and he looks the cutest there!
The second is a great shot - for a tree rat they still are good fun and attractive to watch.
CT you have a contender for your squirrel crown! Superb shots \o/
