sports / joggers club photo shoot

Hello all,

i've been ask to shoot a jogger club
i have a d100 with 18-55 lens

shooting @ 7.30pm in 2 weeks time

which settings would be best to use

man / shutter / ap or programmed

shutter priority depending on how fast they're going and what light you've got

however i'd definately stick to jpeg because raw on the d100 is painfully slow :)
