USFW = Unfortunately Safe For Work... :shake:

Spent a few hours at the Clothes Show Live at NEC today, totally disappointed by the display and lack of performance... Last year Simon Webbe sang live and it wasnt too bad, this year Katie Price and Peter Andre were meant to be singing (If you can call it that) unfortunately they couldnt appear due to illness.:( That would have been comedy gold.

The show itself was only 25mins long whereas last years show was over 50mins

Caprice flying... amazingly hot for an old bird.

Acrobatic bloke mid-flight, nothing much sharp but I liked the display of movement.

64 images can be seen in my gallery (http://www.dreederuk.com/Gallery/nec-clothes-show-2006)

As always comments and critism very welcome.
Ive spent longer than usual processing these, I shot exclusively in RAW as the lighting conditions changed vastly second to second, also I had to ramp the ISO up to between 1000-1600. I took my flash but couldnt use it due to the smoke machines, the flash simply highlighted the smoke and made the shots grey and washed out.

Great shots. I've seen this advertised everywhere. Thought it would have lasted longer than that though!

Trying to look at your exifs but there appear to be none, compressed for the web malarky :p

So I'm going to ask, what settings did you use? (ap and shutter) and what lenses and zoom lengths were you capturing at? They've come out really well for iso 1000+

Good stuff! :)

Ive altered the link in the opening post. Cheers MarkP...

As for the exifs, if you look on the gallery and go to the full sized versions the Exifs are still enbedded there.

I used my Canon 5D with Canon 70-200f2.8IS

Thanks DreederUK, I'm really impressed at noise levels especially at 1250iso.

A yummy full frame 5d you have too! I smile but then I'm a Nikon user and I still smile! :)

Ive got a confession to make, I shot all these as RAW, made corrections in Aperture, exported to 8bit TIFF, batched thru Noise Ninja :), then resize and unsharpen mask and save as jpg in PSCS2.

Noise Ninja did an amazing job of removing all trace of noise, it has made some appear quite soft, but, at websize they are good enough, imo.
