Click on the users name to the left :)

Or alternatively click the "new posts" link at the top:thumbs:

I usually just click on the "Quick links" at the top of any page and select subscribed threads.

This way I dont have to open up a different page first.

That only works though if you have your User Control Panel set to automatically subscribe to threads.

What I personally do if I want to find all posts or threads started by a user, I usually click on their username in a thread, and select the corresponding option from the drop down menu, or I click their name on the main page, which shows me their profile, and click on "Show all posts by xxxx" or "Show all threads started by xxxx"

Maybe DoubleT is a Forumite from AVForums.com? If you look at AVForums there is a feature under "Quick Links" which allows you to view "My Posts"
I agree that it is very helpful albeit as described here you can find such posts here by various means - The "My Posts" feature is very helpful IMHO as it is easy to lose track of all the posts you have made a contribution to over a period of time - You might just miss an important reply to a question you had asked (?) - Maybe its an age thing but my memory isn't what it used to be ... Paul ;)

We can very easily put the same thing on our menu if you all would prefer :)
Just give me the nod :)

thanks for replies guys, i think it would be a good option to add, seeing as you see your own posts as a priority most of the time.

and nope! nope from AVworld..

im used to the format on www.e36coupe.com/forum , allthough this is a common format its just something i became very used to after 3 years of obssession to the forum.

Would certainly make it easier to trawl through posts you know you used - a YES vote here

Oops, I blame the kids....

If someone would be so kind as to bump this post later on (so..ironically it will come up as new post that I've replied to, when I come back later), I'll get cracking on it

But right now, I'm being kicked off my computer by my 7 year old daughter who wants to do some of this educational learning stuff I hear so much about.

Maths I think it's called.

Sorted!

If you look under the "Quick Links" menu, the option for "Upload photos" has been moved up a few items...and you now have a new option called "My Posts"....This will basically do a search for all posts for the currently logged in user :)

Lemme know if you have any problems :)
