Calendars in PSE

Me again folks,

Had a go at creating a calenader in photoshop, saved it as a PDF, took the disc to the printers for them to do a sample and got a phone call this afternoon saying they can't open it. They've got adobe reader 5 on a mac. I've got 7 and it opens fine. Is there anything that can be done to overcome this problem? It's not something I'm familiar with so I'm hoping you kind people will be able to help me out.

Change it to another format .... Tiff, PSD, Jpeg etc

Do you have any options for saving it as an older version or mac compatible option?

I'm Kinda surprised that they even attempted to open a .psd
But maybe they dont know better...

Instead of educating the masses just use High quality JPEG. It'll be fine and much easier.

Unfortunately using the Photoshop creation tool to create a calendar it only lets you save as a PDF. I've since found Adobe 5 on my laptop and it opens fine. There is a warning about things not displaying right if made with a more recent version but ignoring that message it opens fine. Perhaps it's a mac issue. Geeks.
