I am looking at getting a 67mm ND filter only for the coastline and waterways
could someone point me in the right direction on the best one for my needs .

I'm guessing that you'll be wanting to smooth out the waves in seascapes, and they really need very long exposures, so the heaviest ND you can get. B+W do a 10-stops, or Hoya X400 is 9-stops. Hoya is multi-coated, B+W is uncoated. B+W is often out of stock and the Hoya is special order only.

Someone ought to arrange a Group Buy for these things; I reckon there would be a lot of takers. Not only are they hard to get, but any savings off their £100-plus price would be welcome :)

Run a search on ND filters, there have been a lot of threads about them recently.
