Digital Photo has got together with Nikon (boo) ;) to bring you the Digital Photographer of the year 2007. £12,000 worth of prizes up for grabs.

Every month there is a theme (1st one is Low Light) You need to submit your interpritation of the theme, they pick the top 10 and award points. Very similar to what we do with our monthly comp here at TPF.

If you pick up a copy you'll see all the details or check out their website once its updated with this months issue (Jan07).

Hey no problemo ... we dont need a Nikon comp :eek:

Digital SLR photography is running the same kind of comp ... except in this mag ... the goodies are Canon!

Maybe I should enter the Nikon comp. - afterall there will be less competition there Im sure :D - and there's always Ebay (if Im unlucky enough to win all that Nikon gear);)

i always enter the DP one, won a camera before on it(have i mentioned that before?)and finished in the top 10 for that season...(you sure i havent mentioned it?)

might have a go this year too, less people entering now i bet...
