Can someone please give me instructions on how to get my D300 to bracket say 3 shots. I can't find my manual anywhere!

Hold the lower of the two button on the front down, the ones nearest side to the shutter button, then rotate dial [back one on mine but I think you can change preference on that in the menus] and turn to 3, 5, 7 or 9 bracketted shots.
