Want to get myself a new lens and i am having trouble trying to decide out of these.

Canon 17-55 2.8 IS
Canon 24-70 2.8 L
Canon 70-200 2.8 L

My current lenses are:
Canon 50mm 1.8,Canon 85mm 1.8,Canon 100mm Macro 2.8,Canon EF-S 55-250 IS,Sigma 17-70 DC.

I do love the quality and speed of prime lenses but its can be annoying swapping lenses all the time.

Oh and i do intend to upgrade my 50mm 1.8 to the 1.4 version soon as i quite like this focal length.

If anybody can give me your opinions on these lenses i would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

As U have got 55-250mm IS, 17-55IS would be a good choice i think!

i agree, 17-55 if you just want another good lens. but what you shoot would be a help. I have a 18-200 3.5-5.6 IS lens for my 50d, and i love it... Enough wide angle and yet i have that telephoto right there for me without swapping lenses and risk getting dust on my sensor
