Oh and from my Mum I got a really pretty Stephanotis plant, its stems are coiled around a metal hoop and it smells delicious apparently...I say apparently cos my Mum inadvertently (sp) sent it to herself along with another one which was meant for my sister, she ordered a pot of red roses for herself and because she ordered three things she got a complimentary bunch of flowers sent to her aswell!! She lives in Enniskillen so if Mole reads this perhaps he will keep a look out for a floriferous window sill! I just love my nutty Mum!! :lol:

Well Im still a bit sniffly, but not too bad.

He also brought me a burnt finger :( I touched the cooker like an absolute fool, trying to straighten the cooker ring that I had *JUST* taken the pan of sprouts off...why? I have ho idea. But I've had my hand in a bag of frozen spinach since 2:30, and ate my christmas dinner one handed....lol

I got a new PC case with 7 case fans (fap fap fap!), 200gb hard drive, and a PCI wireless adapter. I spent most of the day/evening with my head inside my PC case. :D

Also got my very own dalek(!), some Alan Partridge DVDs (he's phunee!), and an uber-large coffee mug! Oh, and a George Formby grill.

I bought my hubby a flavour Shaker a few weeks ago rather than a pestle and mortar and he loves it! Highly recommended and doesn't take up nearly as much space and the pestle and mortar.

Used my flavour shaker tonight and am definately impressed. It made light work of chives, parsley and smoked garlic to be stirred into rice......mles easier than the usual laborious fine chopping. :thumbs:

And apparently my face was a picture when I opened the parcel with the tripod legs in - I'd opened the head in the morning - my main pressie from my parents, but had convinced myself that the other half hadn't managed to get the legs. It was the very last parcel to be opened - he'd involved my Mum in a bit of subterfuge so the box with the legs in had gone straight round to theirs and been wrapped in their paper just to completely throw me! :lol:
