Hi Folkshttp://eventphotographer.smugmug.com/photos/47039063-L.jpg
a light trail from a while ago that I took
Very cool shot - nice balance between the ambient light and the light trails,

Nice try.
Would have liked to have seen this about 15 minutes later when the sun had gone down a bit more.
Nice shot. Did the tripod move in the middle of the shot? Just one of the red trails goes into the oncoming lane on the opposite side and I don't see the carnage!
Or possibly the high tail lights of a truck? Good shot though.

Agree with Hypnotic. That bright bit of sky is slightly distracting. Good effort though!

They are indeed the trails from the top marker lights on a truck body.
I like it a lot, it's hard to get a sky that still looks good and decent light trails.

 Yeah I think it's from the top lights of a high sided vehicle.
I too like the balance between the amibent light and the light trails. Does make a difference to do it at this time rather than at night. I plan to do some creative light trails soon, with my new tripod :D
