pretty much agree... unless there is a really distracting background in my pictures I dont usually bother removing them
in this case I dont really think that the sign detracts from this picture
funnily enough though I have another New York slow shutter speed shot that is real nice that DOES have an annoying post spoiling the picture
will probably get round to removing it sometime
