View Full Version : practice day
Spent an hour or so down at the track, nothing special but the light changed towards the end and had a really nice warmth about it. First two earlier, last three later

Good shooting. The sunlight does make the shot work tho.

Wish I could get that kind of light, great pictures - as usual Dod
Did you use some form of fill flash or was it all natural light for these, alot seem to have very good detail on the underside surfaces and faces.
Ta for the comments :)

Bit of both :D

Didn't bother with flash for these, don't really like it anyway but it has it's uses. Dodged the guys face a bit in the fourth one, the shadow was a wee bit harsh, just helped bring the detail out more. The sun was low though so it really didn't need that much.

Great set as usual Dod ... ... and what a difference a bit of half-decent light makes ... :D
The lad in the second shot has a great expression of fear well captured ...
