Hi All,

I'm looking for a new point and shoot camera something to put in my pocket and take snaps with, rather than the amazing stuff you guys seem to produce :)

I have a budget of around £200 what would be best?

Cheers

Richard

can't go wrong with the Canon IXUS range, Pansonic's TZ range or a Nikon. Depends what you want?

Long optical zoom, large number of Mpixels, wide angle capability, completely automatic, some manual or complete manual control of aperture/shutter. HD movie mode, there's alot to the modern P&S camera nowadays. Some preferences would help.

We had a TZ5 which was excellent, I imagine you could now pick one of those up or maybe a TZ6 for £200 or under.

I believe the Fujis have a great rep for lowlight photography if that's an area you're looking at.
