View Full Version : How many incarnations of the Sigma 135 - 400 are/were there?

I've been offered one of these lenses and have been told it's a few years old. It looked mint when I saw it briefly. Can't remember what the numbers and letters are on it so was wondering how many 135 - 400 models there are. When were they introduced? Still being made? Are they any good? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Thanks very much for that. Very useful list. Could be as old as 1996 then. Is it any good? The 135 - 400 I mean?

I had one briefly - very average IQ and very slow to focus - couldn't wait to get rid.

and can understand why you got rid in a hurry.
